The rewards of going green
When saying yes to the “Go Green” program you are doing your part in helping us reduce the number of products and energy consumed during daily room maintenance.
For each room night that you choose to decline room service, you’ll receive a $10.00 credit to Veneto Bar Ristorante located on the main floor. Charge your food and beverage bill to your room and the credit will be adjusted pre-checkout. Just hang the “Go Green” door hanger on the outside your door the night before the day you wish to decline services. The products in the room, like towels, shampoo, soaps and glassware, will not be replenished and garbage and recycling will not be removed. Thanks for doing your part!
Program is available to any guest staying two or more nights and is not available on check out days.
Check in is 4 p.m. At check in we require a major credit card and photo identification, and guests must be 19 years or older. Should you arrive early for check in, we can store your luggage until your room is ready to be occupied.
Check out is 11 a.m. Please return your room keys at the front desk and one of our front desk staff will go over your invoice. Any non complementary consumables like room amenities, robes etc. that you wish to purchase will be added after you leave if they are not disclosed at check out.
48 hour cancellation policy in effect at all times. You will be charged one night’s room and taxes for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your planned stay. If you have booked an extended stay, you will be charged for as many nights that fall within that 48 hour period.
Group cancellation policy
We require guests to confirm 30 days in advance of your group size and room blocks. You will be billed accordingly with your initial group size for cancelled rooms after this time.
We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Rooms that are smoked in must be reconditioned before they are deemed safe to rent again. Guests who breach our non-smoking policy will be responsible for the additional cleaning and reconditioning costs incurred at a minimum expense of $250.

We’re pet friendly! We have made one floor of our hotel available for those who wish to bring their furry friends. Pet rates are $50 per pet per stay but there is limited space so be sure to request a pet friendly room upon booking.
Hotel Rialto offers Valet Parking and Self-Parking. When checking in to the hotel, please pull-up to the Pandora or Douglas Street hotel parking zones to check in. We will give you the best options for your parking needs. Our valet parking is $22 per day, or there is unlimited access to self-parking and the city parkades. The city parkade rates are: first hour free, second and third hours are $2 per hour, and anything after that is $3 per hour to a maximum of $16 per day. Parking is free after 6 p.m. on Sundays and holidays. On-street parking is $4.50 per 90 minutes maximum and free from 6 p.m. until 9 a.m. daily. On Sundays, on-street parking has a four-hour time limit, with a fee of $2 per hour in 90 minutes zones and $1 per hour in other areas downtown.
