Check in is 3pm. At check in we require a major credit card and photo identification. Guest must be 19 years or older. Should you arrive early for check in, we can store your luggage until your room is ready to be occupied.
Check out is 11am. Please deposit keys at the front desk. An invoice will be presented to you by the front desk agent. Any non complimentary consumables ie. in room amenities, robes etc. that you wish to purchase will be added after departure if they are not disclosed to reservation agent at time of check out.
72 hour cancellation policy in affect at all times. You will be charged one night's room and taxes if less than 72 hours notice is given. If you have an extended stay booked, you will be charged for as many nights that fall within that 72 period. Ie. booked for 1 week and you cancel one day before arrival, you will be charged for 2 of the booked nights. Cancel on the same day and you will be charged for 3 nights of your booking.
Group Cancellation Policy
14 days in advance you must confirm your group size and room blocks. This is the number of rooms you will be billed for regardless of how many guests actually arrive.
We are a 100% Non Smoking Hotel * Rooms that are smoked in must be "reconditioned" before they are deemed safe to rent again. Guests who breech our non smoking policy will be responsible for the additional cleaning and reconditioning costs incurred at a minimum expense of $250.
Children 15 and under stay FREE
We do not allow pets in the hotel. * exception of seeing eye dogs and certified service dogs.
Hotel Rialto is now offering Valet Parking and Self-Parking. When checking in to the hotel, Pull-up to the Pandora Street or Douglas Street hotel parking zone to check-in. We will give you the best options for your parking needs! Valet Parking - $22 per day, unlimited access Self-Parking- City Parkade - $2 per hour, maximum $12 daily (free after 6pm & Sunday) On-street parking - $4.50 per 90 minute maximum (free after 6pm & Sunday)
